3.5kW 16A Mode 2 Type 2 Portable EV Charger with EU Plug

This all-in-one Type 2 portable EV charger integrates the charging controller, color display and operating buttons into the vehicle connector handle. With no separate in-line control box, it offers a simpler setup for home charging and trips.

The 3.5kW model combines a 16A European household plug with a Type 2 vehicle connector. Adjustable current and delayed charging give you more control over each charging session. Wi-Fi versions support Tuya Smart or Smart Life for remote start and stop, current adjustment and charging history.

All-in-One Design with a Color Display

The built-in TFT color LCD shows voltage, current, charging power, delivered energy, elapsed time and internal temperature. Three buttons let you adjust settings directly on the handle, while the RGB indicator shows standby, connection, charging, completion and fault status.

  Mode 1 is a control-box-free charger design. It has been banned from sale internationally because there is no control box at the charging gun end, so it cannot provide protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, leakage, etc.

  Mode 2 also uses a standard AC outlet, but integrates the protection mainboard from the original charger control box into the charging gun head. This eliminates the bulky external box, making the charger more compact and portable while still providing charging protection. It is currently the latest design. This charger adds control signaling communication with the vehicle and an in-cable control and protection device (IC-CPD). These functions provide charging control and leakage detection, and execute protective disconnection when necessary.
